Warranty
The show cases
are not ice cream stock freezer!!! The show case must be
turn off every night (you will also save lot of
electricity cost and better preserve the gelato) and
must be use in air conditioned environment. If this is
not possible the warranty is void.
The warranty is 1 year from
delivery. In case of malfunction we will go on the place to solve
the problem. This warranty is valid only in Bangkok, Chonburi and
Samut Prakan provinces. For other location we will send free of
charge the spare part and we can assist you and your technician by
phone but
we cannot reimburse the technician cost as it is not in our hands.
The warranty is not valid:
• For use 24 hours daily
and or not air-conditioned place
• For glasses (Easy Best can warranty glasses only till delivery and
only if delivery done by Easy Best)
• For misuse or misplaced of the refrigerator
• On lamps and bulbs
• For wrong maintenance
• For damage to business, third
parties and to the ice cream
• For minor scratch and body
alteration, color and painting imperfections
• Out of Thailand (except agreement)
• If payment of invoices not
fulfill |
